Cherry blossoms on the last day of February? NOT normal.
Despite how good it looks, a warm, dry winter in #vancouver will mean drier ground during summer which - in combination with a lower snow pack on the mountains - may lead to a higher risk of forest fires and drought in some areas
The Vancouver resevoir system will provide us with enough water for the forseeable future, but as #climatechange continues to show its effect, it may not receive enough water at the right time to meet the demand.
